We strive to display the attributes of our products, including colors, designs, and descriptions, as accurately as possible. However, the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor’s resolution, and we cannot guarantee it will be a perfect match.

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). From time to time, we may offer exclusive promotions and sales, such as our limited-time offers on trendy womenswear and bridal collections. These are subject to availability and will be subject to these Terms.

3. Orders and Payment Terms

Order Acceptance: Your order constitutes an offer to purchase a product from us. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason. All orders are subject to product availability.

Pricing: Prices are subject to change without notice. The price for a product will be confirmed at the time of your order. Despite our best efforts, a small number of items may be mispriced. If we discover a pricing error, we will notify you and cancel the order.

By providing a payment method, you confirm that you are authorized to use that payment method.

Sales Tax: Applicable sales tax will be added to the purchase price and displayed at checkout, as required by law.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Processing: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

Shipping Methods & Times:

• Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx for a flat fee of $12.95. Delivery occurs within 10-15 days after shipment.
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS. Delivery occurs within 15-25 days after shipment.

Shipping Areas: We currently ship to most regions globally, excluding Asia and remote/undeliverable areas. Please note that any customs or import duties are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays in delivery caused by customs processing or carrier issues.

5. Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our premium dresses.

Return Window: You may return unworn, unaltered, and undamaged items with original tags attached within 15 days of receiving your order for a refund to the original payment method.

Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Please note that final sale items, including items purchased during exclusive promotions or clearance sales, may be marked as non-returnable. This will be clearly stated on the product page.

All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of Premium Dress Store, its affiliates, or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright and trademark laws.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid to us to use the Site or (b) $100 USD.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved through final and binding arbitration in San Miguel County, Colorado, rather than in court.
