Shipping Policy
We are delighted to serve a global clientele (excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia). Once your order is placed, our team carefully prepares your package.
- Order Processing Time: Please allow 1-2 business days for us to process your order before it is dispatched.
- Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx.
- Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after dispatch.
- Flat Rate Fee: $12.95
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS.
- Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Returns & Exchanges Policy
We gladly accept returns and exchanges for most full-priced items within 15 days of you receiving your order. To be eligible, your item must be unworn, unaltered, and in its original condition with all tags attached and in its original packaging.
Due to their delicate, custom, and highly exclusive nature, the following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Bridal Dresses & Bridesmaid Dresses (to ensure hygiene and exclusivity for such significant events)
- Embellished Dresses & Embroidered Dresses (due to the intricate and delicate handcrafted details)
- All items in the ‘Exclusives’ category
- Any item marked as “Final Sale” on its product page.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To start the process, please follow these simple steps:
- Contact Us: Within 15 days of receipt, please email our customer care team at [email protected] with your order number and details about the item. Using the template below will help expedite your request.
- Wait for Instructions: Our team will respond within 2 business days with a Returns Authorization Number and specific instructions on where to send your package. Returns sent without prior authorization cannot be processed.
- Ship Your Return: Carefully pack the item(s) in their original packaging and mail them to the address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your protection. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your exchange or refund. Please allow 5-7 business days for us to process the return after it is delivered to us.

Refunds
Upon approval of your return:
- Timing: Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days after we have received and approved the returned item.
- Method: The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Please note that your bank or payment processor may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
- Amount: The refund will be for the cost of the returned item(s) only. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange your item for a different size or color, subject to availability. For exchanges, we will cover the standard shipping cost to send the new item to you. If the new item is of a higher value, you will be charged the difference. If it is of lower value, we will refund you the difference.
